| Contest Rules |

1. Employees and immediate
families of Cumulus Media Inc.(CMI), participating co-sponsors
or prize suppliers are not eligible to win.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state, and
federal taxes incurred upon claiming a prize. CMI will file a 1099
for prizes valued at or above $600.
4. Contest void where prohibited by any and all local, state and federal
laws.
5. Mechanical duplication or alteration of any CMI entry form or forms
affiliated with CMI is prohibited.
6. All winners subject to verification by use of proper identification
(valid drivers license, state ID card or military card)
7. Contest participants offering incorrect contest/entry information
may be disqualified at CMI's discretion.
8. All winners names, likeness and voice may be used by CMI, contest
co-sponsors and prize suppliers for publicity purposes.
9. CMI, co-sponsors and prize suppliers are not responsible for lost,
misdirected or delayed entries or mail.
10. All entries become the property of CMI.
11. CMI reserves the right to refuse a contestant a prize where an
applicable age is necessary and CMI has made the necessary age to
win available.
12. CMI reserves the right to substitute any prize not grantable for
another prize of equal value.
13. All contest rules and requirements for individual contest will
be available for viewing during regular CMI business hours at the
CMI main office.
14. Decisions of the judges at CMI are final.
15. All prizes must be picked up within 30 days.
16. Must be 18 or older to enter.
17. Listeners may only win a prize once every 30 days.
18. All winners must live within a 75 mile radius of the city limits
of Mission, Kansas.
19. Specific contests may have additional rules. Rules are available
at the CMI studios located at 5800 Foxridge Drive, 6th Floor, Mssion,
KS, 66202. Office hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding
major holidays. |
