(Wilson) Years ago I did a feature on the air called “Slice Of Pie” where each morning over the course of multiple weeks I took on line of American Pie and explained it. We covered Dylan references, Beatles references, Janis Joplin references. I’m not sure this video goes that deep. Someday I’ll search my messy office home files and find the source. Have you noticed at the end of the song, the production goes from “mono” to “stereo” to reject the launch into the present?
